Casino: well, if you are a slot player, be prepared to donate! I cannot win at the casino! Several reviews mention the long walk from the hotel to the casino - Harrah's addressed the situation by offering free shuttle service to the casino. Neat lights instead of hang tags for privacy or housekeeping services. There are light switches everywhere (except in the closet which also has a nice in-the-wall safe, ironing board and iron). Thankfully there is a single-serve coffee maker (THANK YOU HARRAH'S). There is a bar area also with granite counter tops. Beautiful ceramic tile shower with glass door. The toilet is located in a private location with pocket door. Bath: well-appointed with granite countertop niche in shower for soaps, shampoo, etc. In addition to the stationary desk, there is a work table that is on casters for additional workspace.
Next to the dresser, there is a well-appointed desk which includes adequate plugs and ethernet access. There is a very long dresser with 3 drawers the large flat screen tv sits atop the dresser. Furnishings: Sleek ebony furniture with glass tops on the desk, cocktail table and floating night stands. There really isn't a view-the room overlooks a roof. There is a very, very comfortable king size bed.
The room: Very spacious, clean and extremely well-appointed. We stayed for three nights in a comped room (March, 2012).
